Receptionist / Administrator
We are on the lookout for a versatile and welcoming Receptionist / Administrator to oversee our front desk operations and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling petty cash, adept with IT, CRMs, and databases, and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive individual who is ready to embrace the dynamic nature of the position, with a keen ability to learn, empathise, and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Day to day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our company, warmly greeting and checking in/out clients and visitors.
- Efficiently manage phone and email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Oversee petty cash transactions and maintain meticulous financial records.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material.
- Set up meeting rooms, including arranging necessary equipment and catering when required.
- Order and manage stock for food supplies and bathroom essentials.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle the unpredictability of the role with a positive attitude and adaptability.
- Self-manage daily tasks and learn to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Be the frontline support for the company, managing people’s expectations and providing assistance where needed.
