An education centre in Peterborough is seeking a full-time Administrator / Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 4 months. This role involves managing front desk activities, including handling phone calls, booking visitors/clients, and organising meetings and rooms. The position is available for immediate start.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.
- Booking in visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth reception experience.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and room bookings.
- Handling general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or professional setting.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Midas.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
