An Administrator (Salesforce) is required for a leading company in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role will involve providing comprehensive business support within the Secretarial & Business Support department, utilising Salesforce software.

  • Providing comprehensive support for the Salesforce software within the company.
  • Managing and maintaining data within the Salesforce system.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Assisting with the implementation and roll-out of new features within Salesforce.
  • Training and supporting other team members on the use of Salesforce.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed reports on Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any issues with Salesforce.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the company.

Profile

A successful Administrator (Salesforce) should have:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce software.
  • An understanding and experience in a business support role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

Job Offer

  • An estimated hourly rate of between 12 - 15 an hour , depending on experience.
