Are you an experienced Finance Administrator who is interested in a varied and rewarding temporary role within a large organisation where you will utilise your excellent Admin and Finance skills to:
- Check invoices to ensure the goods have been received and the invoice details are correct and coded accurately
- Batching and reconciling invoices
- Communicating extensively with suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring invoices are received and regarding payment queries
- Supporting colleagues and Managers to collate financial information for budgets and billing
- Full admin support to the Team include email responses, electronic archiving of invoices and financial documents
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Managing diaries including holidays, sickness and other absence across the team
- Updating management information systems
- Booking the meeting room and greeting visitors at Reception
