***TEMPORARY ADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED ASAP***Are you an experienced school administrator? Have you got existing experience within a school environment or similar?
My client are a secondary school in Enfield who are in need of a strong administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The role will be working with the School Business Manager providing administrative support to them and the main office.
Main duties include:
- Manage the admissions process for the whole school
- Liaise with Heads of Year and relevant SLT on new admissions
- Manage pupil records, create/update exiting records and record admission outcomes
- Liaise with parents, agencies and third parties as required to ensure they are kept up to date throughout the process
- Manage the Secondary Transfer process
- Manage the casual admissions process across the school, including waiting lists
- Liaise with Enfield Schools Admissions Service and Casual and EAL Admissions
- Maintain an accurate list of casual School leavers and forward all relevant information on to the students’ new schools and/or the LA
- Verify and input data on all year 7 entries and casual entries onto the MIS. Obtain paper and CTF files from previous schools and download files for all Year 7 students on the MIS
Start date – immediate
Strong experience with MS Word and MS Excel and SIMS are essential.
A DBS is essential for the role
