About The RoleTeam – Marketing OperationsWorking Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or London Offices. Full time hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

What this role is all about:The role is part of the Marketing Operations team, working with the Marketing Operations Manager, In this role, you will enhance user experience for your colleagues by owning the optimal development and maintenance of our technology stack with a particular focus on our newly implemented planning, collaboration and asset management tool; Adobe Workfront.Key Actions
  • System maintenance and configuration
    • Configure, customize, optimise, and maintain Adobe Workfront to meet the departments project, resource, and workflow requirements.
    • Review product releases, identify impact and opportunities to ensure optimal plan and system performance.
  • Roadmap
    • Seek out, identify, and propose innovative opportunities within our MarTech stack.
    • Supports the development and delivery of the MarTech strategy and roadmap.
  • User support and training
    • Maintain bespoke training content.
    • Compliment the training content by offering one to one support to new and existing users.
    • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address user queries promptly
  • Integration management
    • Manage integrations between Adobe Workfront and other relevant systems, ensuring data flow and consistency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain third-party integrations as required.
    • Identify opportunities to harness Adobe Fusion automations and integrations.
  • Security and access control
    • Manage access requests and appropriate roles.
    • Oversee licensing utilisation to ensure we remain within our commercial agreement.
    • Enforce security protocols and access controls to maintain our compliance and infosec commitments.
  • Data, reporting and analytics
    • Ensure data integrity by managing and reviewing the use of custom metadata, fields, and workflows.
    • Build, test, and deploy reports and dashboards, and customised views, based on user type/stakeholder.
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures.
    • Document system configurations, customizations, and integration details.
  • Maintain knowledge and experience
    • Stay informed about Adobe Workfront and wider technological updates, new features, and best practices.
    • Proactive member of Adobe Experience league community.
What do you need to thrive?
  • 2+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration.
  • Proficiency in workflow administration, including system configuration and customization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Knowledge of project and resource management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and training.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
