** THESE ARE PERMANENT ROLES ****** SALARY RANGE: £37,938 - £39,513 (GRADE 8) ****** RELOCATION ALLOWANCE: UP TO £8,000 T&C'S APPLY ***

• a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an Adults Social Worker role within a statutory setting• currently registered with SWE • looking to move Certificate of Sponsorship and relocate to Gloucestershire.

The salary for a Skilled Worker Social Worker will be £37,035 per annum.

We have full time and part time Social Worker positions in our Adult Social Care Locality Teams as follows

• Cotswold Locality Team (based in Cirencester)• Gloucester Locality Team• Cheltenham Locality Team• Stroud Locality Team

The teams have a supportive and engaged management structure including an Integrated Social Care Manager, Deputy Social Care Managers, Social Work Leads and Social Care Leads. Other staff members include qualified Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, Adult Social Care Practitioners and an administration team.Gloucestershire County Council offer free on / off-site parking (dependent on location). We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.Our Social Workers must be able to listen hard to the people of Gloucestershire, to understand what really matters and to connect them to resources that help them continue with their chosen life, either with support or independently. You will also be working with individuals to help them to regain control of their lives in a crisis.

In order to best support the people we work with, we need Social Workers who are experienced in promoting their own and others professional curiosity and who are competent in their knowledge of legislation and meeting their professional capabilities.
