Adult Social Worker, £32ph, CornwallPertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker to provide a statutory social work service to adults with health and social care needs achieving high quality, timely and person-centred needs assessments that will reflect the needs and risks to the individual, analysis, care planning, intervention and review appropriate to the work of the team or service unit.Requirements:

• Assessment skills – Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act assessments in relation to residence, care and support needs, finances.
• Preferred - experience of court work in relation to deputyship applications and s21a challenges.
• Must be located within travelling distance of Cornwall to undertake face to face work

The successful candidate must have relevant experience within an Adult Services setting, have completed their ASYE and be registered with the SWE.This is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you:
