Adults Social Worker - Reed : Job Details

Our Client, Gloucestershire County Council, is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to be part of the Adults Locality Social Worker Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• You will also be working with individuals to help them to regain control of their lives in a crisis.

• Capped caseloads at 25

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult's social, emotional, and environmental needs.

• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Remote / agile working:  first 2 weeks full time in the office for a robust induction; thereafter 2 days per week in Gloucestershire to undertake visits / meetings / supervision. 

• £150 Accommodation / mileage weekly allowance

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 2 years’ post qualified experience.
