Adults Social Worker, KnowsleyPay rate, up to £31.15 per hourVitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join a Community/Locality team in the Knowsley authority.Job Role and Responsibilities: - Main areas of work include:

• Completing Social care needs assessments
• Support planning Commissioning Risk assessing and manging risks
• Attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI COP DOLS CHC – DST
