Job DescriptionAre you passionate about leveraging predictive models and AI to drive impactful HR insights? We are seeking a dynamic person to join our forward-thinking HR Analytics team which is responsible for delivering strategic insights and advanced analytics to key stakeholders including the senior management team, HR, divisional team leaders. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of People Analytics to contribute to significant projects for workforce strategy in collaboration with the Group DS team. You will also manage the AI workstream, advising on and implementing AI solutions to enhance our tech stack, including engaging in AI conversations with external vendors.   • Leading advanced people analytics, data science projects, and AI/GenAI solutions, partnering with senior HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on KPIs and productivity measures
  • Developing data and analytics models, visualizations, and solutions that are actionable and valuable, enabling informed decision-making and future readiness
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to influence strategy and stakeholder decisions, including ROI and impact analysis
  • Supporting the Strategic Workforce Planning cycle by assessing future capability and capacity requirements, ensuring accurate headcount planning and forecasting
  • Conducting analysis, modelling, and forecasting to align business plans with workforce needs, identifying gaps, and developing strategies to address them
  • Representing the People Data, Workforce Planning & Insights team across the Group, driving a data-driven culture and supporting the implementation of the People Data and Analytics strategy
  • Ensuring KPIs and measures align with company culture and policies, supporting key projects and maintaining ethical data governance and compliance
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
  • Practical application in designing and implementing complex data structures, strong logic and analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving
  • Expert knowledge and practical application of advanced data analytics, visualisation and reporting using various tools
  • Experience in PowerBI and Alteryx is desirable
  • First-hand knowledge and application of predictive modelling and statistical methods (Python much preferred) and a familiarity with AI & GenAI concepts, tools and prompt engineering
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive workforce planning
  • Confidence in playing a central role in business discussions and ensuring analytical outputs are business relevant
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
