As Advice Operations Manager, you will oversee the growth and development of the Advice team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advice propositions. Key Responsibilities of the Advice Operations Manager:

• Lead and develop high-performing financial advice teams

Required knowledge and experience for the Advice Operations Manager role:

• Diploma in Financial Planning (R01-6 DipFA)
• Proven experience in proposition development within Investment & Pensions sector
• Expert knowledge of Financial Services Industry regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability and passion to lead, coach and manage teams
