Your new companyYou will be working for a Global Architecture Companybased in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, whilstdriving sustainability goals. This company operates in over 17 countriesworldwide, making this an exciting global opportunity. Your new roleYou will be reportinginto the Total Reward Lead, managing and administering the organisationsbenefits programs and lifecycle of employee benefits, ensuring the companyaligns with market expectations to attract, retain and engage top talent. You will be responsible forAlongside Benefitsmanagement and administration. You will be responsible for processing andnegotiating annual benefits renewals. You will conduct market research andbenchmarking to ensure the packages align with expectations. You will conductregular reports and insights into the benefits programmes in place, collaboratingwith stakeholders to further align the benefits in place. You will be a keypoint of contact for other employees regarding benefits offerings, improvingunderstanding, uptake and engagement. What you'll need to succeedYou will havespecialist knowledge of benefits programmes and practices within a GlobalCompany. You will have experience with benefits platforms and benefitssolutions. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, or have another relevantbenefits qualification. You will have strong verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Youwill be able to build key relationships with external stakeholders and seniorbusiness partners. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, withstrong technical ability in excel. What you'll get in return You will be entitledto a base salary of £60,000 - £65,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefitssuch as bonus and private healthcare.
