After Sales Coordinator
Working within a busy team of 8 knowledgeable and experienced people who already know the business inside and out, they will give you coaching and trainingso you can learn the ropes and do a great job.
The type of work you will be doing is all administration related to the After Sales process. This will include processing accurate job and project information to support the departmental workflow and tomaintaincustomer and business expectations.
You will:
see the After Sales process through point of sale to delivery
gather information on job statuses and update customers as necessary
be liaising with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track
coordinate with customers to find information to enable jobs to be completed
maintain samples register and update samples progress
ensure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant standards, Health and Safety requirements.
To succeed in the post, you need to be someone who:
is comfortable using IT Software, Word and Excel
enjoys problem solving
is organised
has excellent communication skills and likes talking to people
is known for their attention to detail

You will get 23 days holiday to start, and this increases with length of service
You will not be working the Christmas to New Year period as the company operates a shutdownperiod
