• Annual Salary: £11.44PH with an OTE of £28,000 plus bonus & commission

We are seeking an Aftersales Advisor to provide exceptional service and advice to our customers on a range of products, from wheels to tyres to air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction that exceeds expectations and will take pride in the parts and service provided.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 and alternate Saturdays, 08:00 to 13:00.

• Offer tailored advice to customers on a variety of products and services.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently.
• Stay informed about product specifications, installation, and retrofitting.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through updates, hands-on model experience, and training.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Strong product and technical knowledge, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Experience in selling parts or related business/automotive training.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
