Aftersales Manager - Additional Resources Ltd : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aAftersales Manager with 3 years' experience in motor industry to join a well-established new and used car dealership, offering excellent benefits.

As a Aftersales Manager, you will oversee the service department, aiming to achieve revenue, utilisation, and profit targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage workshop operations, including estimating, invoicing, and compliance.
• Lead and motivate the service department team.
• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warranty claims and account management.
• Promote departmental marketing initiatives and enhance customer retention.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years' experience in motor industry.
• Exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Shifts:

• Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturday (on rota): 08:30am - 12:30pm
