Agile Delivery Manager 

Salary: £56,878 - £59,731 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week (minimum two days in the office)

Closing Date: 14th March 2025

Main job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring teams effectively apply agile practices to achieve business goals. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional agile delivery teams to enable collaboration, remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to continue educating colleagues about Agile and embedding an Agile mindset throughout the business to aid successful delivery. 
  • Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that requirements are understood and validated with key stakeholders and that solutions are customer centric and will drive business value.
  • Coordinate resources to build and implement technology solutions and integrate multiple systems whilst reconciling the needs of different teams.
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation and ensure that this is shared with stakeholders to aide transparency. 
  • Take ownership and responsibility to identify issues and risks and drive stakeholders to resolution and management of these.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team and business processes and provide advice and technical training where needed.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in an agile delivery role or similar.
  • Strong understanding and ideally certification in agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, Less etc.) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations, actively listen and playback information to varying levels of stakeholders to achieve shared understanding.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information and provide clear rationale for suggestions and recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time and capacity with autonomy. 
  • Ability to challenge current ways of working and make recommendations for improvement.
