Lorien's leading banking client is looking for a AI Enablement Engineer to join the existing team on a brand-new project.

This role is based in London OR Edinburgh.

This role will be Via Umbrella.

Working in a Hybrid Model of 1-2 days a month on site.

Key Skills and Experience

• Evaluate AI/Copilot Functionality: Analyse capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, Power Platform incl. Copilot Studio.
  • Looking at New Features being added, enhancement of current features, ability to evaluate these functions with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
• Reporting: research and compare similar AI products on the market, prepare comprehensive technical evaluation reports with actionable insights.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate and demonstrate findings with key stakeholders effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and exhibit a strong can-do attribute.
• Strong skills in writing documentation, alongside analysis skills.
• Experience: Minimal 5 years of technical engineering experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
