AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 + Equity

Location: Remote with flexibility for client visits

In this role, you will collaborate with both company and client engineers within small, supportive teams to design, build, and deploy AI applications, with a focus on agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs). You will also play a key role in shaping AI strategy and implementing custom solutions tailored to meet client-specific needs.

Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a focus on agents based on large language models.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI can address them.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve complex issues during AI solution development, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated AI solutions that reflect diverse viewpoints.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI advancements and work to improve solution quality.
• Quality Assurance: Test and ensure the reliability and safety of AI solutions, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Ethical Compliance: Advocate for ethical AI practices, including data privacy and bias minimization.
• Client Support: Train and support clients in using AI solutions effectively, ensuring they feel empowered and confident.

Essential Experience:

• Python Proficiency: Strong Python skills with the ability to write production-level code.
• AI Model Development: Hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying AI models.
• LLM Experience: Proven track record in building LLM proof of concepts.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain problems and solutions, engaging effectively with clients.
