Ref: 974452Job Title: Air Conditioning Chiller Service EngineerLocation: London and the South EastSalary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annumAbout:Parkside Recruitment are seeking experienced Air Conditioning Chiller Service Engineers to cover the South East of England. Desired Background:

• Experience with Air- and Water-cooled chillers.
• FGas qualification.
• Turbocor experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong electrical knowledge.
• Competent with various manufacturers and models.

Role Purpose:Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and repair on Air and Water Cooled Chillers across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance as directed by Service Coordinators.
• Update and close PPM tasks on the mobile system.
• Maintain engineering standards and ensure compliance with QA and safety procedures.
• Keep accurate job records and maintain company-issued tools.
• Participate in a call-out rota and handle site emergencies as needed.
• Work safely at heights using provided access equipment and PPE.
