Objective
To provide revenue reporting, analysis & sales support services for the airline.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
- Providing assistance & analysis on all reports for the country manager, sales manager and sales team
- Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
- Supporting the airline country manager and sales team as required
- Liaising with Airlines' local management and head office
- Preparation of fare filing sheets as requested by the airline's CM
- Preparation of fare benchmarking for fare filing
- Assistance in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans and promotions
- Preparation of route analysis data
Core Skills & Experience
Education:
- High school certificate or Travel Institution diploma
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent standard of numeric skills
Experience:
- Minimum two years' experience in an airline sales support / data analysis role
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sabre, DDS and eSmash
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
Personal qualities:
- Must be customer focused, well presented and well spoken
- Good telephone manner
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Must be professional whilst under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility
Salary:
£33,000 p.a. gross

- 21 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays annually; additional days after 2 years, increasing by one day per year, capped at 25 days.
