An excellent opportunity has arisen in Tees Valley for an Alternative ProvisionTeacher, paying £30000 - £44000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
As an Alternative Provision Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and teaching engaging lessons catered to student's academic levels and learning needs
- Employing specialised techniques to deliver curriculum to students with SEMH/behavioural issues
- Fostering a safe, supportive classroom environment amidst challenges
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies

The successful Alternative Provision Teacher will have the following related skills / experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Unqualified teachers will still be considered if you have a proven track record of previous experience within SEND)
- Contribute to citizenship, SMSC and enterprise according to school policy
- Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
- A strong positive role model
