Description

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations on a daily basis.
• Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient work-flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure stock control procedures are followed.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to and promote a safe work environment.
• Organise and manage the storage of goods, in line with company policy.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Report any discrepancies or problems within the warehouse to senior management.

Profile

A successful AM Warehouse Shift Manager should have:

• Experience in managing a team within a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commutable daily to Nailsea - Bristol
• Monday to Friday - 6am -2pm
