As a member of our Digital Product team, you'll play an important role in delivering our exciting digital roadmap and new enhancements to the Trust’s successful and award-winning digital portfolio, whilst supporting our cross-departmental digital marketing and communications strategy.
Reporting to the Analytics Implementation Manager, this role will help product managers and colleagues within the broader Digital and Innovation team to deliver an ambitious vision for the organisation.
This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve regular meetings in the office, alongside days working from home. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doingThis fixed-term role will focus on supporting our Analytics Implementation Manager to deliver a great service for colleagues in the communications and Marketing team over the next 12 months.
You’ll be responsible for supporting regular reporting on the performance of our website at nationaltrust.org.uk and ensure that tags are updated for campaign activity and performance reporting in line with Marketing Team requests. You’ll also work closely with our Digital Product Managers to design and build AB tests using Adobe Target, with the opportunity to build our behavioural analytics capacity, supporting dashboard creation and monitoring of user activity with Quantum Metric.
You’ll work closely with a range of colleagues from the digital and marketing teams, and your strong attention to detail and willingness to learn will enable you to make a great contribution to our mission of making the places in our care accessible to everyone, forever.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
•Proven experience with deploying digital Analytics with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
•Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery with the ability to trouble shoot code implementations.
•Experience of Building Data Layers and of using Tag Management Solutions such as Ensighten, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
•Experience with using Adobe Target or similar A/B testing tool.
•Experience of working with Digital Products, Marketing or user experience teams in an Agile delivery environment
