Application Support Analyst – SQL

We are looking for a strong SQL focused Support Analyst to join a team who are responsible for supporting the companies production systems covering all support issues with a strong emphasis on projects. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and support business systems as well as internal users
• Work with 3 rd party suppliers and attend service reviews
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team to resolve issues
• Actively involved in related projects

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Strong SQL dealing with troubleshooting and resolution. 
• Strong experience of Systems Integration
• Experience of Application Management, ideally within a Financial Services environment
• Any DBA skills would be highly advantageous
• Experience of ITIL Service Delivery

The role offers a hybrid working environment with 2 days per week in the office.
