As an Asset Maintenance Technician Apprentice within our clean water business , you'll be at the heart of this purpose-ensuring the reliable delivery of 1,100 million litres of clean drinking water every day. What Will You Do?

As a WaterAsset Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you'll:

• Maintain and repair equipment at water treatment facilities, ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for millions.

• Learn about the full water treatment process, from chemicals and disinfectants to advanced engineering systems.

• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

• Support our mission to handle water with care, innovating in ways that "don't cost the earth."

• This 4-year programme offers a blend of mechanical and electrical engineering training, through classroom study and hands-on experience.

• You'll be involved in carrying out routine maintenance, diagnosing complex faults on our water sites and work towards becoming a fully qualified multi-skilled technician.

What Are We Looking For?

• A passion for problem-solving and sustainability.

• GCSEs (Grade A-C or 9-4 in Math, English, and Science) or Level 2 Functional Skills. (please note that predicted grades will be accepted if you have not yet completed your exams)

• A willingness to work outdoors and take on challenges

• A growth mindset and a drive to explore, learn, and contribute to a greater purpose.
