Workday Apprentice / HR Systems ApprenticeLocation: Remote - With travel to London once per week Package: To £24,000 + Benefits + Full Training Support As we continue our journey as A Forever Company™ we are consistently investing in our team, our systems, and our ongoing growth. In this brand-new role, you'll be working alongside our Systems Manager and Reporting Lead to initially provide day to day administrative support (Document / Spreadsheet alignment) to them. Alongside this you'll be taught the ins and outs of Workday, how our processes are setup and how we keep the wheels turning for over 3,500 Teammates with it and over time you'll start to assist in managing these processes and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Whilst your learning the basic's we'll put you through a Data Apprenticeship to get a formal qualification in Data Analysis, Structure and Utilisation. This will be in addition to Workday qualifications, so you'll need to be happy to be studying alongside your day-to-day tasks. The day-to-day:

  • Assisting with managing the systems Workday inbox
  • Prioritising tasks to ensure urgent ones are completed efficiently
  • Assisting other teams with Workday related queries (Payroll, Operations, Talent etc.)
  • Where appropriate directing users to self-service
  • Assisting in the testing and feedback of new process changes
  • Document new processes (including offline ones) to ensure accuracy
  • Undertaking at least 3hrs per week of study towards Data Apprenticeship

About you:

  • You'll ideally have some administrative experience within an office based organisation with a keen eye for detail and be looking to build a career within the HR Systems / Reporting space.

  • Educated to at least 'A' Level (or equivalent) standard with sound mathematical and communication skills (written, verbal, video).

  • Be comfortable in a hybrid working environment and able to commit to being in our central London office once per week (Thursday) for Ops meetings.

  • A wider skill set that includes good IT, influencing, stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills.

Salary : 21000 - 24000
