This is a new and exciting fixed term opportunity, working as part of the Talent team, and the core focus is to help us to take our Apprenticeship offering to the next level. Your role as Programme Coordinator will include:

• Dealing with all apprenticeship enquiries
• Providing customer orientated service to our employees and Apprenticeship Partners
• Ensuring our current and potential learners are kept informed, motivated, and excited about our Apprenticeship offerings

We are a small team, with people development at the heart of what we do. You can expect to be responsible for the effective day to day running of "Synnovis Academy", which is our Apprenticeship Offering ensuring that processes and systems are developed, improved and maintained to meet the needs of the business. Working with the Head of Talent, the Apprenticeship Coordinator will be the primary points of contact for Apprenticeship activities. Additionally, you will co-ordinate internal and external placement students into our Hub and Hospital sites.

The Talent team forms part of the wider HR Department based at our Corporate Office, soon to be moving to our Hub in Friars Court, Blackfriars. You will be working alongside the Head of Talent, Scientific Training Officer, Scientific Training Coordinator, and Apprenticeship and Placement Coordinator.
