Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 Pro rata

Contract length: 3 months initially with a view potentially Permanent

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Bedfordshire. This pivotal role offers you the chance to manage and oversee the AR department, ensuring efficient financial operations and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team.
• Oversee the collection and processing of receivables.
• Monitor and manage credit control processes.
• Prepare and analyse AR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes.
• Drive best practice on a daily basis
• Lead customer and client interactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
