Arborist Team LeaderBath£32,000 - £38,500Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PMWe are currently seeking an Arborist Team Leader to join our Gound Maintenance clients. The role is based in Bath and comes with a salary between £32,000 – £38,500Responsibilities for Arborist Team Leader

• Oversee the daily operations of the contract
• Ensuring efficient planning and execution of tasks t
• Responsible for people management, health and safety compliance
• Meeting contract specifications.
• Close collaboration with internal teams and clients
• Maintaining smooth operations and achieving high-performance standards.

Requirements for Arborist Team Leader

• Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31)
• Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38)
• Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39)
• Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an Arborist.
• A full, clean driving license.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk management.
• Ability to train, guide, and mentor others in arboricultural techniques.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
