Salary: £33,000- 42,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for a passionate Architect to join an award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice. This dynamic practice has a diverse portfolio of projects that ranges across multiple sectors from residential through to hospitality. You will be joining a friendly and talented team of Architects, Interior Designers and Project managers who excel at exceeding client expectations through their creative, forward thinking and detailed orientated approach to their designs. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a growing practice with an exceptional reputation.

The successful Architect will be proficient in AutoCAD, strong understanding of current building regulations and have experience across residential, commercial and/or healthcare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Couple of years of post-Part Three qualification experience in a UK practice
• ARB registered
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• In depth knowledge of Building Regulations
• Ability to work on projects from planning stages to construction
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Demonstratable technical excellence
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Live locally to Leicester
• Keen to input to company growth
• Experience working on projects in sectors such as hospitality , residential and commercial
• Ideally job running experience
• Assist in supporting emergent team members
