• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
• Work across various RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery
• Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications
• Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and planning policies
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes
• Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and quality control

Requirements:

• Qualified Architect RIBA / ARB
• Experience within conservation and heritage projects
• 3 plus years post qualification experience
• Proficient in CAD, Vectorworks experience would be desirable
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in undertaking complex condition surveys of heritage sites and an understanding of traditional building materials
