The Role

• Interpret Architect & Customer ideas into workable manufacturing designs in line with Building Regulations.
• Project Manage the more in-depth developments including working with designers, Structural Engineers, House Builders, Architects and Building Inspectors.
• Provide Building Regulation support for customers and ensure sufficient quality checks are in place.
• Design and run CPD training to educate and become a subject matter specialist.
• Inspire new products to keep the company ahead in their field.
• Create visualisations using CGI.

What you need to have for this position:

• Experience as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist
• Experience of managing projects from start to finish
• Good communication and people management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• 3D modelling in packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Rhino, Lumion
• Knowledge of Building Regulations in all parts of the UK
