This is a great opportunity to join an award-wining, RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their Bournemouth offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician you will need relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician with proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit software. The successful candidate will need to be able to boast strong detailing and design skills and have a background in working on projects within the residential and commercial sectors.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Relevant experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice

• Strong and up to date knowledge of UK Building regulations
• Experience of job running
• Strong technical detailing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
