A dynamic and forward-thinking design studio is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team in Bournemouth. Specialising in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, the studio is known for its meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach to design.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience post-qualification and should have experience working on retail projects. You should enjoy conducting site visits and have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• CIAT accredited, or working towards
• Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
• Run projects through all RIBA stages
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Conduct site visits & surveys
• Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
• Confident working independently or as part of a team
• Must live within a commutable distance to Bournemouth
• Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
