Salary: £27-35,000 Dependant on experience

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in London, is seeking a confident and talented Architectural Technologist to join their established team. This role involves direct involvement in all stages of architectural projects across various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial.

The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record working as an Architectural Technologist and strong Revit capabilities shown throughout their portfolio.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • CIAT accredited or working towards chartership.
  • Provide technical expertise to bring the client's vision to life.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and external consultants and clients.
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge to conduct surveys, feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Excellent Revit knowledge with live project experience.
  • Provide technical expertise to bring the client's vision to life, ensuring high standards are maintained on-site.
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings, offering expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Several years UK based industry experience would be essential.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a collaborative approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent written, presentation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to join a value-driven, socially responsible practice that nurtures development, knowledge sharing, and opportunities.
