Architectural Technologist - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Our client is a well-established architectural firm based in Stratford, specialising in a diverse range of commercial projects, industrial, hospitality, and retail developments is now seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technician. Our client offers a salary of up to £50,000, hybrid working, employer pension scheme as well as friendly and supportive working environment!

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and Revit proficient Technologist or Technician to join a friendly team committed to design excellence and sustainability as well as grow within the company.

• Manage building control queries and maintain organized project documentation
• Maintain architectural plans, specifications, and survey notes systematically
• Conduct site inspections and assess project progress
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit

• Proficiency in Revit
• At least 3 years of experience within commercial sectors
• Highly organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of BREEAM is desirable

• £40,000 - £50,000 salary (D.O.E.)
• Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
