Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist with UK-based experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Skilled in technical detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
