International leading Recruitment Company with offices in the UK, France and Belgium is seeking a hard-working graduate who is looking for career development leading to Director and Equity Partner level.

This role will be based in the Central London Office 5 days in from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Duties include:

- Greeting Clients and Visitors

- Screening phone calls

- Managing team schedules

- Planning and organising events for consultants

The ideal candidate will have a business related degree with a passion for helping people and working to sales targets. You will have a "hands on" approach, a hard-working and outgoing personality as well as excellent communication skills .

The role is a perfect opportunity for any Graduate who is looking to start a career in Recruitment withing a leading International Business Support Sector.
