About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within South Wales, Mid-Wales, and small parts of the West of England. You will monitor account performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and our dedicated internal sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete Quarterly Sales Action Plans from the National Sales Manager.
- Report all account activities to the National Sales Manager.
- Conduct client meetings in person and remotely.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
- Perform basic account management tasks including cold calling, emailing, and telephone interactions to arrange appointments and receive orders.
- Analyze client and account reports.
- Manage time effectively to search for prospective clients, service existing clients, and complete necessary administrative tasks (e.g., quotes, orders).
- Arrange product demonstrations with clients and prospects.
- Continuously expand and refresh product knowledge with the assistance of Spotnails' product and application training.

- A UK driving licence.
