The Role
- Responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets and contribution to your region. Delivering high standards of operational, visual excellence.
- Delivering strong sales execution and customer experience through high levels of people development, talent management and robust training.
- Lead, develop and execute sales excellence to drive revenue and increase KPI and broader commercial performance across all retail stores in the division.
