RETAIL AREA MANAGER – WOODBURY COMMONS

Position: Retail Area Manager, Flagship Based, Woodbury Common.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious Luxury Brand. We are seeking a talented Area Manager to lead our Woodbury Commons store as well as all other Outlets across the US. You will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of operating a profitable store, as well as managing a number of other locations across the market, with your team of Store Managers, setting the tone, and fostering a vibrant culture and environment to guarantee success in customer service, profitability, operations, staff development, and merchandise presentation and assortment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your direct reports -Store Managers as well as the Woodbury store team - within a busy commercial environment.
• Inspire and motivate daily fostering ownership and accountability with a focus on compliance, policies, and retail excellence.
• KPIs, CRM, Store Operations, Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of Management experience with a High-End or Premium brand.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, and payroll administration.
• Multi-Site experience would be beneficial with a background in Full -Price and Outlet.

Offering:

• Salary up to $120,000 depending on experience + Commission + Annual Bonus + Benefits + Health Insurance.
