Main purpose of job: We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Your primary duties will be to identify, prospect, and secure new clients in line with company growth goals, focusing on both commercial and residential sectors, as well as to build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Do you have what it takes?

* Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the waste management or a related industry.* Strong understanding of the waste management process, including transportation, recycling, and disposal.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.* A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Full UK driving license (company car provided).
