They have a variety of client contracts, including: Commercial, Industrial, Local Authority and Residential. You will be undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as the full range of Air Testing duties as well as overseeing site-wide compliance within removals projects. They can offer fantastic training opportunities for hardworking team members, as well as attractive salaries and benefits.You will be travelling around: Chelmsford, Braintree, Harlow, Enfield, Romford, Ilford, Brentwood, Billericay, Basildon, Bishop's Stortford, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Sandy, Aylesbury, Harrow, Wembley, Slough, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Bracknell, Reading.Experience / Qualifications:- You will have proven experience working as an Asbestos Analyst- Must be qualified with the BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)- Will be comfortable liaising directly with Clients and discussing technical matters- Can demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge- Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines- IT proficientThe Role:- Undertaking the full range of analytical duties on a mixed portfolio of: Commercial, Local Authority and Residential sites- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances- Completing Personal, Leak, Background and Reassurance Air Testing- Recording accurate data and writing thorough reports- Ensuring site staff remain compliant with industry and safety guidelines- Travelling as per company requirementsAlternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Surveyor, Asbestos Site Analyst.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
