Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst. Level of experience: Asbestos Site Analyst through to Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Dorchester, Dorset. Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + BenefitsWe are working closely with an established and industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who work on Industrial, Commercial, Educational and Retail sites across the UK providing the full range of Asbestos Management services. They are now seeking to take on a BOHS P403 / P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst. You will be working in line with HSG 248 guidelines, carrying out the full range of analytical services in accordance with company and client needs. Due to the nature of the role, our client would consider candidates who also hold the BOHS P402 or a candidate who is looking to progress and gain further Pcert moduals. For the successful candidate our client can offer cross training to various environmental sectors, company vehicle, excellent holiday allowance and company pension scheme.,Consideration will be given to candidates from: Blanford Forum, Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Yeovil, Bridport, Ilminster, Shepton Mallet, Shaftesbury, Trowbridge, Bridgewater, Taunton, Minehead, Weston-super-Mare, Bampton, Tiverton, Exmouth, Barnstable, Okehampton, Exeter, Tavistock, Hatherleigh, Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Warminster, Andover, Malbrough, Devizes. Experience & Qualifications: " Will hold the BOHS P403, P404 qualifications." Holding the BOHS P402 would be beneficial to the role. " Experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Constancy." Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Excellent communication skills. " Able to organise work efficiently. The Role:" Carrying out 4 stage clearances. " Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. " Providing clients with re-occupation certificates. " Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed and site-specific reports. " Undertaking audits on removal contractors" Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines. If P402 qualification is held:" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, " Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
