Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + BenefitsWe are working closely with an independent and industry leading Asbestos Consultancy who provide the full range of asbestos management services. Due to acquiring new contracts, they are now seeking a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out surveys across Healthcare, Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial sites ensuring work adheres to HSG 264 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training and progression to gain further Pcert modules, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and competitive salary. Experience & Qualifications: " BOHS P402 (essential)." Previous experience working as a surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos company would be beneficial. " Will have in-depth knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines. " Will be positive and enthusiastic." Excellent IT skills, familiar with TEAMS / TRACKER systems. The Role:" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Carrying out sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports.
