Asbestos Surveyor - P402 Qualified - Liverpool, North West

£20,000 - £35,000 - Company vehicle + additional benefits

My client is a leading consultancy for delivering environmental services across the North West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Asbestos Surveyor who is P402 qualified with a keen eye for detail. As an Asbestos Surveyor you will:

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the public in a professional manner.
• Complete management, refurbishment and demolition surveys at a range of sites.
• Complete annual re-assessments.
• Conduct bulk sampling in commercial, industrial and residential properties.
• Preparation of survey reports.
• Ensure appropriate records are maintained.
• Ensure that working practices and operations are performed in line with the Asbestos Quality Manual at all times.

Experience/Qualifications

• Possessing a BOHS P402 Qualification is essential.
• 6 months of post-qualification working experience
• Experience of working within a UKAS accredited company is desirable.

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will have

• Good numeric skills and IT skills.
• The ability to produce accurate recording and interpretation of data.
• A full UK Driving license.
• A flexible approach to changes of working hours which may be required.
• Ideally have experience of data collection using hand held data collectors.
