Job Title: Asbestos SurveyorLocation: Kingston-upon-ThamesSalary/Benefits: £27k - £42k + Training & BenefitsWe are seeking P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyors for a leading name in the industry. Contracts will span across the South East of England, so access to the M25 would be beneficial but not essential. Candidates will need a strong understanding of industry guidelines and well-rounded hands-on experience. Our Client is offering excellent salaries and packages for successful candidates.Locations of work include: Kingston-upon-Thames, Epsom, Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Woking, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Basildon, Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, St Albans, Marlow, Bracknell, Maidstone.Experience / Qualifications:- Candidates must hold experience undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys- Will need to hold the BOHS P402 qualification as a minimum (or RSPH equivalent)- Strong written ability and experience writing thorough reports- Professional and hardworking ethicThe Role:- Will be working as an Asbestos Surveyor, undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys on a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority- Writing detailed asbestos survey reports- Producing accurate Schematic Drawings- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst liaising with Clients and operating on site- Travelling as per company requirementsAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Consultant.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
