If you have a background in Psychology or Health and Social Care, this position will give you the chance to collaborate with a range of professionals, including SEN specialists, ABA tutors, and Mental Health practitioners.

• Position: Aspiring Educational Psychologist
• Location: Royston
• Pay: £460 - £500 per week
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Sector: Education and Training
• Student Body: 150 students with varying abilities.

• Ideal for graduates considering a future MSc, Doctorate.
• Work directly with students with learning difficulties and Autism, assisting with individualized education programs.
• Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of children and helping them succeed.

• Support students with diverse learning needs, focusing on Autism and individualized education plans.
• Work with small classes (6-8 students), tailoring learning approaches to meet each child's unique needs.
• Assist in developing key personal and functional skills for students with SEN.

• Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field) and/or relevant SEN experience.
• A genuine interest in Autism, Mental Health, and SEN.
• Understanding or interest in learning and behavioural needs (including SEMH).
• Ability to commute locally to Royston.
