• Full time, Monday – Thursday (day shift) or Monday – Wednesday (night shift)
• Permanent position
• £11.92 per hour (day shift), £14.28 per hour (night shift)

The Role

As a Lenticular Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our machines run smoothly and that our products meet rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and automation systems efficiently.
• Inspect, assemble, and pack modules to meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork/documentation.
• Comply with all health and safety policies, including PPE usage.
• Support daily team briefings and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to 5S practices.
• Monitor and use correct materials for production.
